The 30x30 Clearings are a specific clearing process developed within Access Consciousness that are designed to assist people release limitations, judgments, and stuck energy from their life and living. The name comes from the idea of repeating one clearing statement 30 times for 30 consecutive days —hence, 30x30.

 

Here’s the gist:

• Practice: Participants run the same "clearing statement" (a verbal process designed to eliminate limiting beliefs or points of view) 30 times daily for 30 days.

• Purpose: The goal is to create a dynamic energetic change in a particular area of life, such as money, relationships, or control, by consistently focusing on and "clearing" the underlying energies and fixed points of view related to that topic. 
   

• Method: Everyday, you work with the clearing that address different topics — like self-worth, relationships, abundance, health, money, etc.

• Duration: It’s a daily practice, and doing it consistently over 30 days is found to compound the effect, allowing greater shifts.

• Format: Short, daily, guided sessions that usually go on for about 15 mins or so.
• Frequency: Daily practice. 

So essentially, it’s a 30-day intensive clearing routine, with each day having a set of 30 clearings, which together can significantly shift energies in your consciousness and life.
