Access Consciousness is a crazy modality that does this thing of using words, phrases, and even acronyms to create a certain energy that is required to change stuff. New ones are always being added as they get created during classes and sessions. Two of the latest ones that are having a huge impact right now are Shabangabangs and the Kitchen Sink.
Many of my clients have asked me what they are when i use them in clearings, so I chose to do a short call talking about them. Im so grateful for Monica Gilliam, the creator of Kitchen Sink, for coming on the call and telling us the stories about how these phrases got created.
